[devtools] Preserve Feedback State

May 20, 2025this is a request made by chrome's devtools as part of the automatic workspace folders feature: Do not paste code into the devtools console that you do not understand or that you have not checked yourself. Feb 7, 2025to view the source of the bug, i clicked on the reference in the chrome devtools console.
